These rates are available until three days before the seminar if space is still available in the block of rooms reserved for the attendees at the seminar. The rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card but are cancelable without penalty by 4 pm 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. Please reserve early to ensure there are rooms available at this discounted rate.
