The Comprehensive PCT Seminar includes a review of the “PCT basics” while informing patent professionals on advanced PCT topics.  The 1-1/2 day course will be presented by expert WIPO consultants Ms. Carol Bidwell and Mr. David Reed.

New Feature: An official from the USPTO has been invited to speak on the new link between the PCT and the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH)
