Driven by continuous learning, Lourdes takes pride in achieving deliverables efficiently. In her early career Lourdes co-led strategic planning sessions, as well as managed grant compliance and fiscal matters. Through her legal experience, both professional and academic, Lourdes has provided legal insight to address clients’ issues. She enjoys collaborating with others for a unified business result and providing decision makers with data-informed courses of action. As a consultant at the PCT Learning Center, Lourdes looks forward to being solution-oriented by providing her expertise with project management, research, and writing.
